My internship with Verdex was an incredibly valuable experience that provided hands-on exposure to real construction sites. Prior to my internship, I had very little knowledge of the construction industry and virtually no field experience.

Over the course of three months, I was able to experience construction from the Pre-Construction, Project Management, and Field perspectives. This well-rounded exposure greatly strengthened my understanding of the industry and provided a strong foundation for my career, one that ultimately led to my transition into a full-time role with Verdex!

Now that I have been with Verdex full-time for almost a year, I am even more grateful for my internship because it provided me with a strong foundation that allowed me to contribute from day one. Since joining the team full-time, I have continued to expand my knowledge of the construction process, take on greater responsibilities, and work alongside experienced professionals who are always willing to share their expertise. Looking back, the internship not only introduced me to the industry but also played a significant role in preparing me for a successful career with Verdex.
