Interning at Verdex has been one of the best decisions I've made for my career development. Joining the program as a rising college junior with little to no hands-on experience, Verdex’s internship really allowed me the opportunity to identify my strengths. The rotating program provided me with a better understanding of which career path and which part of the team was the best fit for me. With a focus on a well rounded understanding of the construction industry as a whole, Verdex rotates its interns through positions in both preconstruction and field operations, which provided me with exposure to multiple aspects of the industry. I was met with encouraging mentorship and teammates who were eager to help me learn.

Overall, my time with Verdex has helped me develop tremendously as a young professional and as an individual. I’m grateful to the team that has been so instrumental to my growth and guided me towards a career post graduation with Verdex where I am confident I will only continue to grow!
