Scope: Buildout of 3,800 sf new Ophthalmology office. High-end, modern style buildout includes specially design cabinets with LED lighting at each row, quartz countertop, floating “drywall cloud” ceilings (drywall and drop acoustical ceiling), quartz/Plam counters with a decorative glass butt wall system, designer light fixtures and LVT flooring.
