Subcontractor Prequalification / Bid Notifications
We require all trade partners to be prequalified before receiving bid notifications. Please follow the steps below to become registered.

Get Registered

Step 1:  Register with SmartBid (firms must be registered with SmartBid before you can get prequalified).

Note: If you already have a SmartBid account, you can skip this step and go right to Step 2 below: Get Prequalified with Verdex.

Please click on the Register with SmartBid button below to fill in your company information. Once completed, you will receive an email with a link to our prequalification form. (If you do not receive the email, be sure to check your spam folder).

Step 2: Get Prequalified with Verdex.

Once you are registered with SmartBid, please click on Get Prequalified with Verdex.

Step 3: Keep your Company Information up to date.

To update your prequalification form, please click on the Update Prequalification button below.
