With over 30 years of industry experience, Toby serves as Vice President and Managing Director at Verdex Construction, leading the company’s West Florida operations from the Tampa office. He is responsible for driving operational excellence, expanding Verdex’s presence in the region, and strengthening relationships with Owners and Subcontractors, all while supporting Verdex’s experienced Tampa team. Throughout his career, Toby has successfully grown and led multiple construction companies. His ability to build consensus, solve complex challenges, and connect with people at all levels ensures that Verdex Construction’s values—quality, responsiveness, and integrity—are deeply embedded in every aspect of the West Florida operations.
