Scope: New construction of six five-story buildings with 444 luxury apartments and 14 two-story townhomes totaling 679,500 sf with modern contemporary finishes on 23 acres with 12,000 sf clubhouse, resort-style pools, exercise/fitness center, covered walkways and covered garages/paved parking. Extensive early site work on 23 acres includes retaining walls to protect wetlands and filling and grading remainder of site for construction plus construction of new lift station.
