Scope: New construction of a 55+ age restricted community with three apartment buildings with 182 two-bedroom units. Amenities include a 15,000 sf clubhouse with fitness and yoga rooms, salon, media room and pool. Project also includes pickleball court, bocce ball court and dog park with the whole project surrounded by a nature preserve.
