Scope: 8,472 sf senior activity center with a reception area, administrative offices, various activity rooms, fitness center, warming/prep kitchen and bathrooms. A flexible, multi-purpose event space and gallery will be included with capacity for 100 individuals. The exterior of the property will feature a port-o-cochere, butterfly garden and outdoor sitting areas. Project will be designed to achieve LEED certification.
