Project: Palm Beach County Mosquito Control Compound

Scope: New construction of three buildings totaling 27,043 sf. Building one is a 6,043 sf office and light lab space. Building two is 6,200 sf of chemical storage. Building three totals 14,800 sf and features 1,800 sf workshop, 3,000 sf indoor equipment storage and 10,000 sf enclosed vehicle and equipment storage. Project includes a vehicle fuel island with four fuel dispensers, emergency generator and extensive site work.
