Scope: New construction of 15,000 sf, two-story mixed-use building on the Loxahatchee River. Construction includes first floor shell for upscale restaurant/club and a shell for an office on the second floor. Includes waterfront terraces, boat docks, rooftop viewing and seaside landscaping details.
