Project: HomeSafe Sylvester Family Foundation West Campus

Scope: New construction of two single story buildings totaling 15,356 gsf. Building 1 will serve as a multi-purpose/admin building with office space, workout room, community room, music room and computer room. Building 2 will serve as the residential building with 12 units, kitchen, dining and gaming rooms. The 3.2 acre site will also feature a basketball court, gazebo, dumpster enclosure and a lift station.
