Scope: New phased construction of a 184 walk-up garden-style apartments on a nine acre site. The complex includes eight three-story buildings featuring one, two, or three bedroom units with granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Amenities include four covered garages, a 4,000 sf clubhouse, pool, a gazebo and lush landscaping.
