LEADERSHIP

Gerry Svoronos brings 25 years of leadership in project management, preconstruction planning, design-build, estimating and purchasing for a variety of products including multifamily, senior living, hospitality, industrial and commercial/office. As Vice President of Preconstruction, he is responsible for managing and overseeing all components of preconstruction from the conceptual phase to the construction phase turnover. He stays informed on commodity and subcontractor pricing to provide cost savings ideas and market data for Owners to make informed decisions. Gerry received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
