INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Each summer, Verdex selects college students to intern alongside our industry veterans to learn the ins-and-outs of the trade. Our 12-week program allows each intern to engage in a full range of construction activities in estimating, on the job site, and at networking events. Through their presence both in the trailer and in the field, they receive one-on-one mentorship, and hands-on activities with our Estimators, Project Managers, and Superintendents.

Our program is diversified up to involvement in business development and high-level client discussions, aimed at providing our young Verdexers the knowledge and skills for a well-rounded perspective – even before their first “real-world” job.
