Scope: Four-story wood frame 55+ residential development totaling approximately 238,000 gsf, consisting of 178 residential units and 13,000 sf stand-alone retail shell. The project is supported by surface parking. The residential building includes a pool and courtyard as well as other 1st floor amenities.
