Scope: New construction of 15 garden-style apartments and 11 townhomes totaling 401 units on 30 acres. Amenities include a two-story clubhouse, pool, putting green, summer kitchen, bocce court, dog park, volleyball court, hot/cold plunge, and playground. The site also includes a four-acre lake, nine carports, and six free-standing garages.
