Scope: Various renovations and repairs to a SDPBC elementary school. Some work will be performed on an occupied campus during school hours.

Work includes:

• Roof repairs
• New ceiling
• Renovated bathrooms (tile, walls, plumbing fixtures)
• New gates and specialized double doors for security
• New hardware on doors
• New gutters and down spouts
• New striping on asphalt parking lot
• New interior and exterior light fixtures
• Demolition of existing chillers and installation of new chillers
