Scope: New construction of a 30-acre apartment development totaling 388,000 sf consisting of 15 three-story apartment buildings containing 392 units and a standalone clubhouse. Site amenities include a 3,600 sf pool, fitness center, yoga studio, theater, multipurpose gathering area, tennis court, bocce ball court, putting green, volleyball court, tot lot, summer kitchen, gazebo and a two-acre lake with fountain at the entrance.
