Scope: New construction of 178 apartments in three and four-story buildings with a free standing three-level precast garage with 250 parking spaces in the center. Amenities include a 3,000 sf clubhouse with a community room, fitness center, yoga and spin room, pool and dog park. Project also includes 2,700 sf of commercial space.
