Scope: Three-story building with 68 high-end residential units (one to four-bedroom layouts). Project includes rooftop amenities including a pool, yoga lawn, and outdoor kitchens, as well as luxury interior space including a spa with a sauna/steam rooms, fitness center, yoga studio, children's playroom, screening room, game and card room, library with work pods, executive boardroom, and coffee lounge. This building also features a 24-hour attended lobby and preserves & restores a Streamline Moderne-era facade from the 1940s at the entry.
