Scope: Public Private Partnership with the City of West Palm Beach for a 675,000 sf, 8-story building with 358 units (25% = 90 units are dedicated to workforce housing).  Includes community space for open events, bike lanes, street improvements, public walkways and waterway activation for kayak and paddleboard entertainment, and a 21,000 sf neighborhood grocer with additional retail.
