Scope: New construction of a 8-story building with 274 apartment units and a 5-level precast parking garage with 530 spaces. Amenities includes a 3,813 sf, 2-story stand-alone clubhouse with a lounge, communal kitchen, fitness center, and pool. Work includes the infill of the existing marina, a new seawall and viewing platform. Project is located on the border of the City of Hollywood and City of Dania Beach.
